Real estate agent (m/f)

As a real estate agent, you broker e.g. houses, apartments, business premises or properties. You advise clients who want to buy, sell, rent or let real estate.

Real estate agent is not a training occupation in Germany. Therefore, there is no recognition procedure for this profession. You can work in the profession in Germany.

However, to work independently in the profession, you need a permit in accordance with the Trade Regulation Act. To do this, you can contact the trade office at your place of work.
