Before you can use Aidy, we need your consent to the processing of your personal data by the chatbot.
When you use Aidy we process the content of your chat input to provide automated relevant information. Aidy may – regardless of your question – request information regarding your situation (i.e. country of origin, vocational qualification, desired place of work). Please do not provide any names or particularly sensitive data (i.e. health-related information, political opinions, religious beliefs), if these are not strictly necessary.

Purpose and legal basis Provision and operation of the chatbot for user information. Legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e GDPR in conjunction with BIBB’s legal mandate (§§ 90ff BBiG).
Recipients/processors
We use service providers (processors) for the processing:
• SkyGate internetworking GmbH, (technical implementation, operation, support)
• Bringe Informationstechnik GmbH, (Hosting)
• Microsoft Azure OpenAI (Large Language Model, Azure) servers within the European Union.
For this purpose, the content you provide and the data required to generate an answer are transferred to Microsoft (not including your IP address provided it is not written in the chat).
No training: Your input/answers are not used to train models and are not transferred to OpenAI to improve models.
Independently of the storage on our systems, Microsoft Azure OpenAI processes the content provided by you and the generated answers for the purpose of misuse recognition. Prompts and answers can be stored for up to 30 days for this purpose.
We store chat histories on our servers for up to 30 days in order to identify and correct errors, improve the quality of the chatbot, and to carry out scientific evaluations in connection with “Anerkennung in Deutschland”. An evaluation with the goal of identifying individual users does not take place. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e GDPR in conjunction with BIBB’s legal mandate pursuant to §§ 90ff BBiG.
